Very Clever Design - Great For Hurricanes!, Well, we went with Hurricane Ike without power, and I tell you, I am very pleased to have this flashlight - every piece is just to light a whole room, the LEDs light and the battery life seems more than enough (l 'I did it for 6 hours straight). In severe under-nutrition, this is literally the torch you need. It can be dismantled and used as 3 separate flashlights, you can be alone, when all together, or each piece can stand on its end, and it is possible to every corner of the torch 3 heads to the point where you see the light. It 'definitely a must-have for anyone hurricane survival kit, and would be a great day of father's X-Mas present for the gadget loving man who has everything. I love mine, but I want to buy more to give as gifts.
